Being a teen today isn’t easy. Between school pressures, social media, friendships, and family expectations, it’s a lot to navigate. That’s why I created this 4-session workshop—a safe, fun, and interactive space where teens (ages 13-17) can build real-life skills that help them feel more confident, connected, and in control.
This isn’t just another lecture-style class. It’s a hands-on experience filled with small group discussions, role-playing activities, fun challenges, and real talk about things that matter to teens.
What We’ll Cover:
